Excellent service experience.

I am sending a letter to program headquarters in regards to my visit for my 2020 Chevrolet trax regarding my 3rd replacement of sensor 2 and radio not working after 2 hours waiting and 190 dollars did not have anything done because it was $360 for the sensor and $175 to update radio?? which probably wont work so would need a new one
