Confirmed Service Customer
We had left the vehicle for a week to be serviced with the instructions to leave the car outside so we could pick it up after hours. Car was not completed, no communication from the dealership that it was not done. Went to pick up upon dealership opening on Monday morning, this is when I found out vehicle wasn���t finished. They stated they would Compton Monday and bring the car to me. I recta call that ���they were leaving in 15 minutes ������ an hour later I called back to find out they were not able to deliver the car. I had to make a 3rd trip to the dealership to pick up my car. A few days later I opened up the hatch only to find our items that we stored in the back of the car strewn about and just thrown back in. No effort to put back as they took them out. I have pictures of how they returned the vehicle. Disappointed in the communication and delivery of service. Look forward to a phone call!!

Easy to get appt. When I got there they got the car in and completed the service promptly with no issues
