Salesman was new so lacking experience was definitely noticeable. Truck was dirty, animal hair through out truck, dash dirty, interior molding dirty, console filthy, seats have notable white dirt spots, inside windshield dirty, and deep scratches in truck bed. Took over 1.5 hours to detail after arriving home.
