This truck buying experience has been the best I have ever had. Tom Grinsell was helpful, friendly and so happy that I was able to get into my new truck. I would tell any person looking for a new vehicle to go to any Cappellino dealership. I picked up the truck with a friend who was visiting from Long Island. He was blown away how easy it was to turn in a leased vehicle and get a new one. They had all my paperwork completed and all I had to do was sign. Not only was it quick and easy, I felt that I was part of the family there. Well, done!

I made a diagnostic appointment because a mechanic shop notified me that my turbo was leaking oil and that my coolant was dropping quick. When I arrived, I was told that without a check engine light there was nothing they could do. They didn't put it on a lift or put any effort in solving the problem. I was there less than 10 minutes when I was told I can "go on my merry way." The issue is continuing so I made an additional appointment at another dealership.
