With my very busy work schedule, I had a morning open up the next day to get my Tahoe serviced. Mark was able set an appointment and squeeze me in, thank you. The next morning Dave greeted me and got my Tahoe completed in record time. The service crew once again provided outstanding customer service. Thank you all.

I had brought my car in about 6 or 7 times from December 2023 to November 2024 and every single time I brought it in I had brought up the issue of it not starting properly. This issue was disregarded every time and I was told that���s because ���they only fix what they can see��� which means every time I said it was an issue, no one listened. When my car was found to have a bigger issue on Halloween 2024, I was told I would owe almost a thousand dollars to fix it and yet it was exhibiting the same issues it always had that brought it in many times before Halloween. I went back and forth with Dave on it and was not given much of an explanation on anything that was wrong and then just to be told it���s an issue with all chevy trailblazers and it would be covered. Seem like this is something you should really look into before you tell someone that they own that much money. I was responsible for paying $300 to get this fixed and I am sure that if it would have been fixed the first time I brought it in back in December of 2023, it would have been covered under my vehicles warranty. Once back in the spring/summer of this year, I had an issue that I brought the car in for and it was ���fixed��� just to pop back up on my dash again about an hour after picking it up and when I brought it back the next day to be fixed, it wasn���t even seen and it was ���fixed��� in the parking lot at the end of the day. There has been a lot that has been ongoing and I had an absolutely horrible experience with GM customer service. I went through probably a dozen different representative and two of them gave me wrong information, one about how to use GM rewards points and another got my hopes up that I could be entitled to more GM rewards points and potentially a monetary compensation and that was not an option in the end. I have not been listened to this entire time and everyone just wants to give the bare minimum effort to resolve these issues and won���t even hold the responsible parties accountable.
